Balance & Repetition

From social media posts to presentations to print brochures, web design, and brand guides, A&C Design delivers graphics across the spectrum. Here are a few that were especially fun to make.

in the center is a computer mouse retrofuturistically superimposed over a picture of the world with an image of the ocean over the top. wires resembling the waves in the previous picture loop out and around the image. event info is on top.
a still image featuring five frames of a person surfing with 'WAVES' written softly in the background and wavy lines coming off of it. event info listed. it says 'the wave theory the big one'

Animated Logos

Looppool’s accordion wave is intended to evoke a very 90’s fast-cut style to complement the aesthetic of old fashioned televisions.

These code-based explorations for Subtitle Magazine show three variations of Subtitle’s logo which distort very slowly over time (sped up for this example).

Layout & Logo

(with commonworks)

Process was a magazine with one work for each day of the year, which could be sorted by artist and color.

We managed submissions, worked on the web design (both concept and a little coding), submitted work, and wrote a style guide for alt text to make it more accessible and interesting for people with vision impairments. Some interesting themes emerged in the process.

A video showing someone scrolling through the process everyday mag website, showing experiments with flowers, light, and motion.
